These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GetMulch.com, owned and operated by Bulk Performance, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site, platform, mobile app, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

GetMulch.com is a technology-enabled platform designed to help customers manage mulch installation or delivery projects—especially for playgrounds—by streamlining quotes, ordering, scheduling, and fulfillment with a nationwide network of mulch providers. We do not perform mulch services directly and are not liable for work performed by independent providers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GetMulch.com. You represent that you are authorized to agree to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for your account and any activity under it.

We match users with vetted providers, but we do not guarantee job acceptance, response time, or service quality. Providers are independent parties. We are not responsible for their actions, quotes, or job outcomes.

We may facilitate payments, but all services are ultimately delivered by providers. Pricing may vary and is subject to change. You are responsible for confirming quotes and agreeing to payment terms with your selected provider.

By using our platform, you consent to receive communications (calls, texts, emails) from us and from mulch providers. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time.

All content on GetMulch.com is the property of Bulk Performance, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute it. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it to operate our platform.

You agree not to abuse the platform, upload harmful content, or attempt to disrupt services. Violations may result in suspension or removal.

GetMulch.com is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or service results. We are not responsible for issues arising from use of our platform or services provided by third parties.

Our total liability is limited to $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, unless small claims court or equitable relief applies. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use the platform end.

If you believe your copyright is infringed, contact support@getmulch.com to submit a notice. We comply with the DMCA.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
